The Manchester Accommodation BID Zone is mapped as below. Any paid accommodation establishment that falls within the Zone and that has a rateable value of £75,000 or more currently collects the City Visitor Charge.

As 11 November 2025, 79 accommodation establishments meet the above criteria; however, any new hotels opening within its geographical Zone whilst the Manchester Accommodation BID is in place will automatically participate and contribute.
